How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to secure your date, but we’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests!

Do you offer tea?

Absolutely! We have an extensive selection of hundreds of specialty single-origin teas, blended teas, and house-made some of our favorites, including:

  • Chocolate Crunch Black Tea
  • Crème Brûlée Rooibos
  • Organic Nepali Chamomile & Ginger

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is structured to provide flexibility while ensuring we can accommodate other bookings:

  • Full refund if canceled at least 6 months before the event.
  • 50% refund if canceled 4 months before the event.
  • No refunds for cancellations within 4 months of the event date. Exceptions may apply to specific contracts booked at bridal expos, coffee shows, or other special events. Please reach out for details.
