What catering options do you offer?

We offer a variety of catering options tailored to your event needs. From coffee stations to full-service catering, we have something for every occasion. Our team will work with you to create a custom package.

Do you offer decaf options?

Yes! We provide several decaffeinated and lightly caffeinated options:
    •    Decaf, Half-Caf, & Lightly Caffeinated options in hot coffee, cold brew and iced coffee.
    •    Decaf espresso is available in limited quantities—please inquire about availability.

Do you offer batch brew coffee?

Currently, we specialize in pour-over service for hot coffee, ensuring a high-quality, handcrafted experience. However, if you’re interested in batch brew, we’re happy to discuss options based on your event needs. Reach out to explore what’s possible!

How do I book an event?

You can book an event by using out instant quote feature on our catering page, or by contacting us through our website or by phone. Our team will guide you through the process and help you select the best options for your event.

Can I customize my menu?

Absolutely! We encourage our clients to customize their menus to fit their preferences and dietary needs. Our catering specialists will work with you to create a menu that delights your guests.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is structured to provide flexibility while ensuring we can accommodate other bookings:
    •    Full refund if canceled at least 6 months before the event.
    •    50% refund if canceled 4 months before the event.
    •    No refunds for cancellations within 4 months of the event date.Exceptions may apply to specific contracts booked at bridal expos, coffee shows, or other special events. Please reach out for details.

Do you provide staff?

Yes, we provide professional baristas who will run the cart for your event. Our team is trained to ensure your event runs smoothly and your guests are well taken care of.

What is the payment process?

Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or cash. A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Final payment details will be discussed during the ordering process.

How far in advance can I book?

We recommend booking your catering at least one week in advance. This allows us to prepare and ensure the best quality for your event. However, we can accommodate last-minute requests based on availability.
